Flaps, Check! Landing Gear, Check! Takeoff Lights, Check! This plane has it all and a master pilot maidening the aircraft, Scott. Not much drama in this one as the plane is very stable. Engaging the flaps does induce an immediate nose up attitude, however this is easily countered with a little down elevator and then the plane floats right in for a smooth, slow landing.
